A few things I think could make this go from a 4 to a 5 are adding a "NEW" mark when you pull something you don't have, an actual numbered list in the sets to see the missing spots of your collections, and perhaps an actual incentive to ranking up your badge for each set
Mega Latios EX from Promo B set is even worse, as its attack costs two Water energy and 1 Psychic energy, and unlike Lugia who discards only three specific energy (meaning if you can somehow pile up energy on it, it may be able to attack for several turns in succession), Mega Latios EX discards all its energy after a single attack
Its an uncommon, so its less likely to show up in Collector Boosters (roughly every 41.5 CBs) and its immediately being tried in just about every deck that ran Faithless Looting
Atraxa, Grand UnifierAtraxa, Grand Unifier - 23,123 decks, 16,063 as commander If I were to imagine what a non-red card with all the other colors would look like, I'd definitely come up with something slow and devastating
