This card is fun, and it does get better each time WotC prints something absurd and expensive, but WUBRG isnt easy to generate, and you dont want to be stuck with a handful of giant things when you dont draw this or it gets disenchanted

This is all fascinating, but how strong is Ral Zarek really

They can either give a target creature +3/-3 until the end of the turn, flicker a nonland permanent, or create a 1/1 colorless Eldrazi Scion that can be sacrificed for one colorless mana

It's demanding a fairly high price right now at $126.26 at TCGplayer, but if you really want this card, you can also just pick up its Super Rare variant for around $4 instead
