The rules for this are mostly identical to the physical card game with players drawing cards, placing Pokemon on the field and attacking the opponent to win

Although she isnt an Angel herself shes a Human Cleric her attack trigger drops Angels straight onto the battlefield, and its the same reason shes regularly mentioned with the best Dragon commanders in MTG , since she also cheats Dragons (and Demons) into play without paying full costs

This card is one of those prizes, handed out only to a handful of finalists, which is exactly why its so pricey
