Lambert Cremant NV sparkling Nuits-St-Georges Clos des Fourches 1erArnaud Lambert Crmant de Loire 2020 Loire Valley, France $26 Soul Wine Price $22. 10 90% Chenin Blanc and 10% Chardonnay from 35 year old plots in Brz and St. Cyr. Primary fermentation in stainless steel then aged in tank for 6 months. It is then bottled and aged for 18 24 months and disgorged with a dosage of 8 grams. It shows great acidity to balance the dosage, along with bright fruit and excellent texture. A real bargain in quality sparkling wine.
